When you login with Space Station 14: username, user id. We use this so you can log in, manage your uploads and interact with other users.

2.2 Uploaded content and metadata

Files you upload (MIDI files) and any metadata you include (title, description, author, album). Uploaded MIDI content is stored and made public.

2.3 Usage and technical data

Logs, IP address, device information, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, HTTP headers and other diagnostic data collected automatically when you use the Service (server logs, analytics). We use this to serve your request, detect abuse and improve the Service.

2.4 Communications

Support requests via Tickets and emails you send to us.

2.5 Cookies

We use cookies to provide functionality (session cookies, antiforgery cookies).

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for these purposes:

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service (user accounts, hosting uploaded MIDI files).
• To enable sharing and discovery of MIDI Content and to display user profiles.
• To detect, prevent and respond to abuse and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and to respond to lawful requests by authorities.

We may share personal data with third parties in the following categories:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers (Hetzner GmbH) that store and serve uploaded MIDI files and backups.
